So you injected the Jap with worm juice and then cooked it in the cheese? Does the heat not burn the alcohol off? Ohh the humanity!

Hard to say Bentley, I think I lost a bit of alcohol maybe, a lot of worm juice left. The ones I did standing in the frame had heaps of liquid, but when they are hot it's hard to tell how much alcohol, particularly as the Tequila was as fiery as hell from "maturing" inside the Jap!....too much for Management, so I had to have more than my fair share  I was "Steam" powered all the next day!

Its not that you lose the liquid, if the alcohol reaches I believe. 196°F or more, the alcohol burns off from the liquid!

Yeah, but with the heat of the chilli in the Tequila I couldn't tell if it still had alcohol or not........well that and the five Tequila slushies I'd already had!
