What ya got growing Groovy? And what sauce will you be making
All mine are doing well and should have a bumper crop this year. I have Jalapeno, Habanero, Pequin, Ghost Chillis ,7 pot , Lemon Aji, Cayenne, Bolivian rainbow and a few others I don't know the name of.
Going to mix up some fermented chilli sauces (red and yellow)
Also plan on doing some vinegar with chillies in the bottle for pork dressing.

Jalapeno,Birds Eye,Cherry bomb (another similar one with a pointed end???),serrano,chiltepin,poblano,bishops cap,cayenne.

Im just pickling at the moment ,I like pickled chillis not toooo hot lo go in a wrap bishops cap and jalapeno is perfect.
Cayenne is good too but a fair bit hotter
The thai ones are dynamite but great for stir frys
I havent tried the cherries yet but they should be mild
Chiltepin is blow your head off but great in chilli con carne

I will work on a sriracha type sauce when I get enough birds eyes latter in the season
Leave it to ferment and then bottle.
