Ive just received my first delivery of Bella bbq rubs and was wondering whats the best way to store rubs once theýre opened? I live in the tropics as well so am leaning strongly towards zip lock bags in the fridge, all advice appreciated
Also what sort of shelf life can I expect once opened?

Ziplock Bags inside Airtight containers with little bags of silica gel.

Re: storing my rubs
I throw any silica gel bag I find into the gun safe so that makes sense.
I've been contemplating getting a large food saver jar and throwing all my rubs in that then remove the air with the vac sealer. Not sure I'd actually do it or not but it would defiantly work.

Beware a one Barbecue man, He probably knows how to use it!

Often I'll use a sock to store my rubs, but a food saver jar will do the jobSmokey wrote:I throw any silica gel bag I find into the gun safe so that makes sense.
