Gorgonzola Mushrooms

Post by FlamingDuck »

Mushrooms w Gorgonzola and cherry tomatoes. Says it all really. Use big portobello mushies unpeeled, place tomatoes cut side down (adds moisture). Add gorgonzola or any blue cheese, something creamy and strong. Chives optional. Cook on grill, indirect heat, about 20 mins depending on size of mushrooms. Can cook in foil or straight on grill.

If trees screamed when we cut them down, We wouldn't. If they screamed all the time we would.
