Ingredients:
10 Jalapenos (cut in half with seeds and membrane removed but kept aside)
2 cups Olive Oil
2 large Cloves of Garlic (slightly smushed)
1 tsp Italian Herbs
2 Bay Leaves
Method:
Fire up bbq and place chillis in at roughly 200 degrees and close lid to roast
Combine remaining ingredients in a pot including seeds and membrane and place on sideburner on a low to medium heat
Roast chillis until soft and starting to get colour/blister
Remove chillis from heat and continue cooking oil until desired (i did 3-4 hours)
Strain oil into clean jar and place roast chillis into oil.
These chillis are perfect for sandwiches along with my Smoked Chicken Breast =D
