Thought I would do something a little different today.
This recipe is extremely filling, goes a long way and feeds 4 to 6. Folks found themselves full by the time they had got through just one.
First up, 3 large hot chorizo's were lightly grilled before allowing to cool and drain on paper towell. Also did the same with one beef sausage.
Once cooled the skins were peeled and the meat was crumbled and mixed with 250gm's of spreadable cream cheese.
Spoon mixture into capsicums cut lengthwise into quarters.
Wrap each one in a length of bacon and you are ready to go.
Preheat for 10 mins then set for 190C.
Cook for 35 minutes.
After 15 minutes I added a loaf of sourdough garlic bread, allowing everything to be finished at the same time.
At the 25 minute mark baste with your favourite BBQ sauce giving it 10 minutes to glaze over.
Plated.
For those who liked a bit more kick, a sprinkle with chili powder did the trick.
A quick and easy meal that presents well and was easily cooked on the 320Q.
Give it a go.
Cheers

This recipe is quite cheesy.
You could easily use just half the cream cheese
to end up with a more 'meaty' dish.
Extremely tasty either way.

I do stuffed caps with a savoury rice mix. You could cut back the cheese and add some savoury rice to the meat mix also. Yum!

They look great.

I cooked a minor variation on this (added mushroom in the cream cheese/chorizo mix) as the first cook on my new Q220. It turned out a treat. Thanks for the recipe!
