New too low and slow. What sort of job do these do. The goal was to start simple for not much money before advancing to a more advanced smoker. Are heat beads to use as a fuel/smoker in these was planing on hardwood and bead combo? Planing on doing pork or ribs first? maybe Brisket? What sort of heat bead consumption would be needed to keep this smoker going without wood for 15 to 20hrs? Any idea's advice would be greatly appreciated
