Hey boys and girls..

Pretty new to the Low N Slow on a bbq idea.

Done plenty of normal everyday bbq-ing but ive recently been gifted a Kamado Classic for Christmas.. (took me 6 months to get around to unboxing it)

Pretty keen to read through your ideas and different tips and tricks.

You took how long to unbox your Komado? Are you kidding me....that thing would've been unboxed so bloody quick....I would've had it lit and cooking before anyone got out of bed on Christmas Morning :lol:

I've never cooked on a Komado myself but have tasted food that has come off one....very moist and delicious....

You don't need a lot of charcoal in them either so very eco to use....but make sure you use true wood charcoal and not heatbeads like you would in a Weber....apparently it doesn't go to well using heatbeads....so I've been told.

The Owner of this forum Paulr, has the biggest Komado of them all....hand made from Indonesia and covered with tiny little tiles...it's a beast....!!
