Fisho, 31, country Vic, Hark Texas Pro Smoker currently putting it together, read heaps of smokin books but lookung whete to source wood local.

I have the same smoker your putting together,different name.
If your deciding to seal the Doors etc to slow the leaks down give me a hoy, I may be able to guide you through.

Jeez Titch...that is a very nice smoker...looks pretty new.

Hey Byrney...welcome to the mob....those Offsets are a learning curve but you've got Titch to set you straight....I've never used one of those before.

There is a business supplying the BBQ comps with wood as theres a lot of offsets used at Meatstock which will be in Melbourne I think next Month...if you can get a chance...get along to it, talk to the teams...you'll learn heaps.

Such a whole new, head spinning world of "BBQ" cooking for me (an old skool steak flippin non sausage stabbing bbq dad)

But.

Keep us posted!

If had time, between surfing, golf, fishing, family time, going away camping and oh yeah work... I might give it a try!
