While not new to the basic bbqing i am new to the low n slow, smoking etc (well I guess theres more than that?)
Anyways definitely looking for help and recipes going forward. Hopefully one day I'll be of assistance to others.

Yes the technique of low and slow smoking whilst not a new art as far as humans are concerned, but relatively new to Australia. It really got a boost after a series of BBQ competitions began here in Oz and people become aware of this way of enjoying and understanding bbq.
