Hi - fresh import to Melbourne

Post by Unzippy »

Just moved from the UK to Melb.
As my only Aus BBQ experience has been the in-laws - frying outdoors on a gasser with a flatplate, I brought my kit with me
Weber Master Touch with Slow 'n' Sear and Tip Top Temp
WGA gas
WGA charcoal
Grilletto, Son Of Hibachi

Balcony is a bit crowded

Nice bunch of BBQs.

Any chance you can post a photo of your Weber Master Touch with Slow 'n' Sear and Tip Top Temp and Grilletto, Son Of Hibachi?

Not at all, I've never seen 42deg back home. Ever.
Even when it's sub 20, I still feel the burn from the sun!
