Have u met Mr Badd

Post by BaddManor »

G'day!

Im a noob from necknock area hunter valley NSW. I have long wanted to cook my own ham, bacon and jerky so took the plunge and bought my first smoker type bbq last week. Its a 47cm Dusty Moose my kids have christened "Darth Minion"... its black and same shape as a minion... I used to mostly cook hood down on my old 4 burner but never added smoke. Now it has died time felt right to move on up. Exciting times ahead.
