Looking forward to moving in. Even more looking forward to my Q being delivered :) Its 250Kg so having it delivered directly to the Lyndhurst address will stop the removalists moaning.

I'm sure Brian sells brains, never really had a taste for it though!

He prepared the spit for my 50th last year, including providing the spit and charcoal and everything.

He also has a range of rubs which aren't bad, and sells wood chips (but no chunk). Always good for advice as well, and when I am feeling lazy I get them to take the membrane off the ribs for me! The guys (and girls) in there are all pretty good and always willing to provide helpful advice. They are the second butcher at that location, I think maybe the first one made too many people ill, so ignore any negatives you get about it. A lot of people got put off by the original owner.
