Hey all,
Loving the site and thought I would try my hand as some smoking I learnt alot from my first couple of cooks! Few mistakes along the way and still learning alot about fire management. Here are a couple of pics of the pulled pork and chicken I tried, both were very tastie!
Cheers!

Hi C.B & S
Thank you but the credit should go to this forum! I have learned alot from reading the information on here it is an amazing resource.
The dates for these two are:
9/7/17 for the pork
2kg neck or scotch pork
10.5 hours at 225f with stall at 165f for about 3 hours then a rap in foil till the end and finished with a 1 hour rest.
15/7/17 for the chicken
Butterflied and marinated over night and cooked at 360f for about 75mins
No rest for the bird, it got devoured by house guests

Nice bunch of pictures. Nice selection of things to try out. I noticed you are using Kingsford briquettes. What type are you using and how do you find them?
