Received my first offset smoker a few weeks back, its a real cheapie off the net and so far the results are surprisingly good. Look forward to gaining thoughts and experiences on the forum and then hopefully upgrade to a nice reverse flow smoker. All the best

Good name you picked too! You should find lots of information in the forum to assist your missions..

Love the name, well done :D
Offset smokers are getting very popular now a days. Walk into the bbq stores and you seem to see people looking at them.
Heaps of info on the forum and friendly advise, feel free to comment on the different posts, no one will bite your head off.
Look forward to seeing some of your cook ups.
