Hello from Sydney

Post by wobbly_boot »

Hi there,

The name is Bruce and from the St George area of Sydney.

Been lurking here for a while, not much good at forums but I thought it time to join up.

Great info here, must've been going for a while don't know how I've missed it over the years.

I've just been doing the usual roasts and grill ups on my Weber Family Q and my Kettle, need to get more into charcoal cooking.

You're all probably getting a bit of a giggle from my user name...it kinda becomes reality after a number of coldies waiting for my tucker to cook outside.....well a cook needs to be lubricated

cheers

Bruce

Hi Bruce,

I think you left one of your boots here at my place as I seem to put it on every now and again :D Welcome to the forum, post up a report or 2 of your cook ups no matter how big or small and join the chat.
Cheers L

Hi Bruce,
Welcome to the forum and hope you enjoy it. It sure is a wealth of information for all styles of Qing and smoking et al.
Not a charcoal lad myself but do enjoy the other members posts on this topic.
Cheers.

P.S.: Glad to see my boots went to a good home Hoddo. :o
