Hi, Annabel here from Adelaide!
What a great site with a wealth of information and inspiration!!!
After doing a stack of research the past few months, I'm about to get a Kamado Joe.
I've had a 4-burner gas BBQ for ages, but it's finally rusted out and it's time to make the change to charcoal.
Some of my favourite cooks on the 4-burner over the years have been roast jerk pork shoulder, whole jerk snapper, pork ribs and Portugese style grilled chicken.
I make my own jerk, BBQ and hot sauces and as I'm obsessed with flavour, so can't wait to add some smoke and slow-cooked juiciness to what I've done before and learn a whole lot of new stuff like brisket etc.
I also make sourdough bread to keen to try some bread/pizza making in the Kamado.

Wow sounds like you're a real foodie....someone we'd appreciate around here.
Perhaps you could revamp our sauces category...sauces are something i lack any expertise in...
