G'Day from a new WA slow cooker..

Post by Iffy »

G'Day All,

Ive been skulking around the forum looking at posts and getting info for a while and finaly decided to sign up.

I currently have a home made gas (sometimes charcoal) powered spit, I've done a couple of full sheep on it,
I mainly use my customised webber with half a 44 for smoking, jerkky and general slow cooking duties. Its kind of a redneck WSM.

Recently i have done a 5hr lamb shoulder, and some 6hr beef shorties.

I'm looming forward to getting into some briskets and more shorties.

Iffy.

G'day Iffy and welcome aboard.
Sounds like you've got a good set up going there and I'm sure everyone would love to see some pics.
All the best,
Steve
