hey all
Went to a bbq day hosted by Bully BBQ in the Coffs region and he taught us about BBQing and smoking. Loved the idea of it and line myself up to buy a smoker
So I bought a Good One - Open Range off of Bully BBQ. A little offset smoker. I have had a couple of cooks so far, some good, some bad, still fine tuning the skills.
Decided to join the forum with all you bbq lovers to get some tips, tricks and up my skill set

Nice part of the world the old coff's. My old man lives in Emerald Beach just north of Coffs. He's alo unit controller of the Coffs SES.
