smokin in Euroa

Post by Dogz »

Hi all, I'm in Euroa, Vic.
Long time reader & decided I should start contributing to this awesome portal of bbq goodness.
My equipment is an old Weber kettle, another old Weber kettle that's been converted into a UDS, a 4 burner gasser with full stainless grill, another 4 burner gasser with full stainless hot plate (plate cost more than the bbq) & a new double drum smoker that's almost finished & ready to fire up, just need to make a couple of racks for it.
Looking forward to posting pics of some of my Sunday feasts.

Lol, a wild night out? Then spoken to by the cops the next day?
The town's too small to get away with anything like that.

Our Family Originally came from Balmattum.
I still have Family in Euroa, distant ones.
Still have a Cousin in Longwood.
My mother wants her ashes dropped in seven Creeks, when I get sober I just may do that.
