Been lurking these forums for quite some time and I finally decided to join while I'm smoking a small shoulder this fine Sunday arvo!

I'm a young bloke (24) with a young family (2.5, 1) that got a amateur bullet smoker for my birthday last year

So after a few months of using the bullet smoker, I got a good bonus at work and my partner picked up this smoker from Bunnings, it's been mentioned here before but it's the 'Char Griller'

I'm going to season it and test out with temps on Friday night and hopefully get something on before Easter, that way I can cook for the family!
