Howdy from a new member

Im from Newcastle and got told about this forum a few weeks ago... love the pizza section as I mainly cook pizza when camping for the family ... just cant beat having a few beers and pizza when camping . looking forward to reading some good recipes.

Welcome Mark,

Yep as the other guys said...there's a ton of info here...just browse at your hearts content and ask any question you wish.

What part of Newcastle are you from? I'm also In Newcastle in the Adamstown/ New Lambton area

What kind of equipment do you use eg Weber Kettle, Pizza ovens etc

You said you were told about this forum....are they a member too?

Anyway...hope you enjoy the forum

Thanks guys .. At the moment im using a stainless gasmate pizza oven that slides out the side of my custom built camper trailer next to the 3 tap keg system .... cant beat beer and pizza .. :D :D

Yeah right.....just a SS pizza oven.....Man this guy is Equipped :lol:

Sounds like though that any other cooker you'd want to buy, it's gunna have to be on the portable side so you can take camping.

I would suggest either a Weber Smokey Mountain or a Pro Q 20 inch Charcoal driven but man do they make meat smell good....only downside is that during times of Total fire bans, they are prohibited. So You could get a Hark Gas smoker I s'pose.

I s'pose you could take the legs off a Traeger Jr.

Jeez I'm good at spending other people's money :mrgreen:
