Welcome Mate and brace yourself.
You are about to embark on a culinary journey that will change the way you eat and cook permanently.
Some of the guys here have forgotten more about food than most of us will ever know and are more than happy to share. Good people, good recipes and ideas and open, helpful posts. Enjoy the banter and the learning, don't be afraid to ask for advice as it will be provided with heaps of helpful suggestions.
Guaranteed to please.

Re: Howdy from a new member
Yeah right.....just a SS pizza oven.....Man this guy is Equipped
Sounds like though that any other cooker you'd want to buy, it's gunna have to be on the portable side so you can take camping.
I would suggest either a Weber Smokey Mountain or a Pro Q 20 inch Charcoal driven but man do they make meat smell good....only downside is that during times of Total fire bans, they are prohibited. So You could get a Hark Gas smoker I s'pose.
I s'pose you could take the legs off a Traeger Jr.
Jeez I'm good at spending other people's money
