Hi All.

I've recently joined this forum.
There is a lot of great information here and friendly advice.
I own a Weber OTG, which has been used mainly for baking as well as low and slow, with the odd grilling session.
Recently (last Sunday) I purchased a ProQ Excel 20", so the information here should help me with my first cook on it.

Regards,

Warren

Welcome and congrats on getting a Pro Q. I've had my eye on one for a while but Australia Post must know when I'm ready to get one as they dump another window face envelope in the PO box and that's that.

Photos are important when bragging and practice makes perfect.

Thanks for the replies,

@Davo, I've been in this area 3 1/2 years now, I moved from Westmead, it is a lot quieter here, I love it.

@Angrymann65, I don't know about bragging, but I will post photo's in the appropriate part of the forum when I start taking them of my attempts (before, during and after cooking).

@ Chris, The ProQ Excel seems to be very good value and the size/features ticked all the boxes. I will start to learn to drive it this weekend 9wish me luck).
