Leg of pork

Hi to all , need advice on cooking a 4 kilo leg of pork in my home made gas smoker.
1) should I bone it out ?
2) how long to cook it boned or unboned ?
3) What should the core temp. get to ?
The smoker can get down to 110 degrees celcius , and stay there consistently.
Any advice welcome .
