Broth vs stock?

Hey all,
I'm getting ready to do a 7kg brisket this weekend. A lot of the US based recipes use beef broth both as an injection, and to keep the brisket moist.
Here is oz though, all I seem to be able to find is either beef stock, or beef bone broth.
What would be a suitable substitute?
