I recently purchased a full hogget. So I intend to BBQ the legs and shoulder individually over the next few weeks.They all weigh in excess of 2kg.
Reading all the posts on here i have not found any referring to hogget. It seems for the shoulder I will be doing low and slow as per heaps of posts on here.
The legs I imagine to bbq similar to lamb legs
So questions.
Shoulder - any different to a lamb shoulder or just a longer cook? smoke - yes or no
Any suggestions welcome also for any of the other cuts I have, like shoulder chops, loin chops and leg chops ribs
