Hi Guys,
I got some Slap Ya Mama Original Seasoning and just looking for any tips on using it?
Was thinking about doing some skin-on chicken thighs rubbed with some oil and the Slap Ya Mama in the kettle but interested in some other good/better ways of using it.
Cheers

Re: Slap Ya Mama
Terrific stuff. Use it mostly on chicken and fish with a bit of grape seed / rice bran oil to make it stick. The white pepper blend is good too. CS

Its pretty salty stuff, but delicious. Got a great kick to it.
All I'd say is to not be TOO generous with it first go! you can always sprinkle a bit more on at the end if you think it's too tame
