Hi all,
I am currently cooking some pulled Pork for dinner along with a small pulled Lamb shoulder. With the lamb we usually add Hummus and into wraps with assorted cut up veg and salad etc. yummy have shared many with guests.
With the Pork how do people serve if sharing with friends? and how do you keep it warm if you completely shred apart as I have seen in most pics? cheers
Tas

Re: Serving suggestions for Pulled Pork???
I used the leftovers for san choi bou last night, delicious!
I find I'm more creative with the leftovers.
When it's just cooked I seem to eat it straight off the plate.

Well the final outcome they both pulled well but the Lamb was more of a winner with the punters juicier and more flavour.
I will try again, and again...
