Help with a Lump of Rump

Gday

The last full rump i bought i got them to leave an end chunk uncut.
I reckon its about 1.5kg.

Give me your best ideas.

Bake it with a tray of veg, doing same tonight

I like to heavily (really heavily) salt the outside and cook to medium rare on the spit, always comes out beautiful. Surprisingly it doesn't taste over salty when sliced up.

This was cooked to med rare - double foiled - toweled - esky 2hrs - should have only been an hour as it went past med while resting..still great thou
