There's jalapenos, hot lemon (not hot really) in the middle, 3 yellow fatalii (pretty damn hot), many serrano, 4 stunted red habaneros, 4 aji omni colour (long red) and 3 stunted trinidad scorpion sunrise (orange top corner). Some of the 40+ days last month caused fruit to ripen prematurely so hopefully now that the weather is consistently 20's and low 30's that I get no more damaged fruit.

I have a lot more varieties with flowers so many more fruit to come :D

Fatali is finally starting to make fruit.

Supposed to be Cayenne but I think the seed had crossed with something. This is my saved seed.

Unknown variety overwintered from last year. Has a great mild peppery heat. Great for rubs when crushed up.

They look great. Lots of fruit for you soon! What do you do with it all? I've had to freeze them all previous years and dried my cayenne and fatalii.

Hi StoneX. I dry most of it. Some I leave whole as is when dried, some I turn to powder.
Will pickle some probably.
Here are some being prepped for the whizzer thingy that powders them.
