K.C.B.S. Rule 6 Amendment..Yee Har

Post by C.B & S. »

Well well well,
This will be a good move by the K.C.B.S. Can only help the whole low n slow, smoking and BBQ movement.
As noted around the forums it all comes down to the blind result no matter the method of cook.
Bring it on I say. That's my 2c worth.

Cheers.

Yeah well I've thought for a long time why should it be just for low n slow?

If I wanted to do say high heat chicken wings as an entry so i'd get the nice crispy skin, providing it's a hit with the judges, it should score well.
I often placed chicken wings on the offside of the kettle at grilling temps and it's like high heat roasting rather than grilling.

You reckon this could be accepted? lol
