There's two of these, one in Drysdale and one in Geelong. We went to the Drysdale one, and it was sensational.
Ribs, steak, sausages, pork belly etc. I think the steaks are done in sous vide before being seared and basted over a raging gas flame.
Anyway, the food was awesome, I'd recommend a trip if you're in the area.
