Laser wash

Post by the dane »

Just been away in the new car, & its a bit muddy! Was thinking of putting her through the local Laser wash, then go home and give her a good waxing!
Have not used a car wash, since the late 80s when my Ford Escort got scratched! But been told lasetwash uses no cloth rollers!
Anyone used them b4?
Cheers

If it's the same as I've used then there are no brushes to damage the car so that part is fine. They only do an average job though. Same result as the hand held pressure wash but you can't beat a good hand wash to get right down to the road grime.

Yeah,

Laser are good for just city grime, not so much for return from a road trip ;)

I like the hand helds for a good clean up but do find that the final work still needs doing at home.

I only ever use a bucket with clean water (no chemical or detergent) and a microfibre (oates) glove.
