Hi Friends, I've been away for awhile. Visited Daughter in St. Louis MO. and attended her Louisiana State University Alumni Crawfish boil. I believe y'all call them yabies.

I had a crack at them in Texas. I wasn't very adept at pulling the buggers out of their shell so started sucking/biting them out.
Unfortunately they were fairly spicy and I ended up with lips that resembled a Botox accident.
