Brisket Pot Roast

Post by the dane »

Well the reduced to clear brisket is away, sitting on 257F. Should be around 6 hours. Or internal temp of 195F. Also put a few small chunks of applewood in there and a handful of mixed chips. I did read yesterday someone doing 4 hours then 2 hours wrapped in foil so I might give that a go try something different.

It's done and dusted, came out very tasty. 5 hour cook time. Stupid Tapatalk not working, and can't be stuffed shrinking photos. But will post when it works.
