Vonnies Jalapeno and Potatoe Bake with Lamb Shanks

Been a While, house is a Construction Zone and its been too bloody hot.
So

Lamb Shanks, rear Shanks from Costco, never seen them this fat and Small before.

basic Mustard Sauce and a South African Braii rub, minimal





5.5 hours at 110c, smoked with banksia Pod as usual.



Vonnies Poatoe Bake.
Jalapeno,onion,Bacon bits, cheese and Cream,Garlic of course, forgot the grilled Corn kernels.

Most delicious side with a great cheese crust.









Plated, very Happy.

Did you cook the shanks in the Offset?

Damn it..I feel so slack...haven't cooked anything much for some time...just don't get the time...my Kettle is feeling neglected actually.
