There's a lot to be said about a simple grill up....no complications, rubs or brines....just the meat or whatever....I do a lot of veggies when I get the chance to use the Kettle....whatever I can find..i'll grill.
Sometimes I might low n slow some snags...just put them in indirect around 230-250F lid temp with a bit of smoke...the casings are a bit tough to the bite but the insides are so bloody juicy....you gotta be careful it doesn't spurt at you.
Done some Wagyu beef patties and sweet potato slices on the Q320 for lunch today but no photos...didn't think it was worthy enough for a pic lol
