That's one serious Chop there Titch....a lotta meat came of it, oh and those truss tomatoes look awesome...love tomatoes!!

Wish I had time to do more BBQ...it's either that i'm working or the weather is crap.

How much a kilo was it?

The "cheap" local butcher had them for $50/kg. The gourmet butcher had them on the sale on the weekend, 50% discount for $70/kg. :shock:

Its a Costco Tomohawk steak, runs about 28dollors a kilo.
I dont remember how much they weighed
Wife and i get 2 meals each out of one.
Leftovers make great salad or steak roll
