Thanks, the offset is ok, I fixed a heap of leaks that I should not have had to do.
I am spoilt owning a Silver Creek smoker I guess, this unit is solid but the other one is like the Bismark

one shoulder and flap.
The pods are banksia, great smooth lite smoking pieces, can be picked up around most beach areas.
Chelsea has heaps along the train line.
pictures to follow, lamb was great, not quiet pulling tho.
sauce was a major flop, bitter.
