Pork Hocks again

Thought I would do some more Pork Hocks these ones are huge, did Low/slow for 3 1/2 hours then 25 minutes of high heatImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Good looking meal. Tasty meat on the hock and crunchy crackle to go down nicely with a beer.

i drop the jiffy in, so it sits on the grate, wait 20 seconds and pull tube out, most time the charcoal sits like a volcano sometimes a little bit falls in

Was not as good as the first time. First one was like a pulled pork with a crackle this one was more of a roast pork leg. And to much food, so full.
