Interested to see which one of your Qs you decide to use to cook on. I'm guessing since you posted in the Kamado section it will be the Akorn.

XXXX - not good news that they are thinking to close brewing in Queensland.

It was never the same after Lion Nathan bought it in the 90s. Never did taste the same and now it is owned by Kirin they dropped the alcohol content from 4.6% to 4.4%.

8 hour cook. But still yumo. A little smokey, i used 2 big chunks of apple wood. And maybe the sachet was smokey. Any way good stillImageImageImageImageImage

try rubbing that sweet baby rays all over the ribs leave for 2 days then smoke them it comes out a treat trust me :D
