Smoked meat

Have been using the smoker alot over the last few weeks, chicken thighs wrapped in bacon, beef and pork ribs, whole brisket and kangaroo meat. Trialling different timber and recipes, anyone have a favourite recipe that you use in the smoker?

Any think that pulls, But my wife says it taste like baby food. Pork loin wrapped in bacon is good. I have not done it on the kamado but I have done it a few times on the WeberImageImageImageImage
