Managed a few cooks over the Easter long weekend.
Started with pork ribs on the Kamado last Saturday.

Then went on to pizza heaven on Sunday. Seven pizzas all up. That was fun. The third pic is my pizza. Added a whole Carolina reaper to it. That was bloody good.

Finished up Monday with a small cook for me and my youngest as we were the only ones home. Rump and marinated chook wings. Mallee root sure likes flaring up.
