Pulled lamb burgers for dinner

Went to the Schnithouse prior to the Port Adelaide Fremantle game on the weekend and had a pulled pork burger, and was thinking why not make some pulled lamb burgers for dinner. Amazing there's been no rain for weeks and weeks this morning get up raining. Even doing some multitasking with ham and cheese bagel on the QImageImageImageImage

Few wings, and dinner done. I normaly take lamb/pork off at 195f. This lamb went to 206f, some parts pulled but most was like roast lamb. Tasty still. What happens if there is no rub?ImageImage
