Now when i first seen tbe title of this topic i was thinking..........oh never mind :lol:

Yeah a good bashing does this meat the world of wonders.....seen it done on a ribeye roast by a NY BBQ chef guy.
Looked magnificent as was yours Titch

Looks delicious.

I was also going to say you must be making your neighbours go crazy. But from your photos it looks like you are surrounded by BBQ devotees.

Nice place. Only 1.5 hours from Melbourne. Victorians are lucky with lots of nice places close to the city.

The park is dog friendly too. Gets my bark of approval. Woof!
