Weber Go Anywhere, leg of Lamb

Small one for us two while at our Camp Spot.

Same old Banksia pods etc.

Roast leg of lamb with vegies and gravy. Delicious. Classic meal.

Makes you want to go down to the club with the missus and order the roast with a beer .

Num num... whats with the (banksia?) pods ... are they there for smoking flavours?

Yum! Well played Titch. Thanks for the photos. Like you, I often use a piece of foil - it comes in so handy so as not to nuke the end of the meat closest to the coals.

Hey ... my sister asked about a hibachi grill recently - could that small Weber be classified as that type of bbq? Sorry to all if that is a stupid question.

I recently bought myself a new Jumbo Joe so I hope to cook on that a bit more soon....I love doing Yaki-niku type cooking on the small webers.
