Cajun Salmon and Salsa on Aussie Day

Post by louwings »

Hi mates! Excited to share with you the barbie we shared with on the recent Australian Day.

I don't have a platform where I can post my own photo so I used an image from the recipe online. I'd say it's pretty close to what I came up with though. I'd recommend you to try this one because aside from it does taste good, it only needed 5 ingredients to make it! Simple grilling and mixing and its done! I'd be happy to share with you the link of the recipe. http://www.covau.com.au/blog/cajun-salm ... corn-salsa Happy eating folks!

Kind Regards,
Louise

Thanks, Davo! I purposely selected a recipe online that brings out lots of colours since we were having guests on that occasion!
How was your Aussie Day? :D
