So tried beef cheeks for the first time in my bullet smoker. Cooked for roughly 5 hours at 125c, smoked with hickory chunks. They reached internal of 96c and yummo!
Beef cheeks are the most underrated parts of a bovine imo!

My local supermarket seems to have them most times reduced to 50% off. Never thought about buying them and put them in the smoker? So did they pull apart or like a roast

Yeah they did but just gelatinous. Definitely worth giving them a go. Just make sure you trim any fat off.
