First roast on the new Gen 2!
Great result - Cooked medium to our family’s liking - perhaps the dry rub was a little salty and spicy but yum nonetheless.
Cut ribs away to get dry rub into broader surface area and then reconnected with twine. Recipe from Weber’s American BBQ book ... very good.
iGrill3 worked a treat. If the Bluetooth ever disconnected - it reconnected seemlessly. Very happy. I’ve never used a sensor before - easy and results were spot on!
Cheers

Oh, and the smoke box had Hickory chips smouldering away.

Looks like a great outcome. Bet it was delicious. They are nor cheap but certainly worth it for the taste.
I did a 3 boner for my son and his wife for his birthday a few months ago in the Q200 and he reckoned it was the best beef he had ever eaten!
