I tried a low and slow chook yesterday done at 300 degrees f about 150 degrees c
used mangrove charcoal and redgum for smoke got nice colour and tasty
I am having trouble uploading pics they are too big and I don't know how to make smaller to upload I will
keep working on that problem

If you're pics are coming up as too large you may have to first put them through a photo editor on your computer or you can use Tapatalk (when it actually works) but yeah....perhaps trying it down to about 640 x whatever the editor says and see how that goes, then you can upload the pics to the forum by using the attachments at the bottom of your posting window.
Give that a try.
